Name one superstar, megastar, that has changed the face of music and the industry, has taken the entire planet by storm and transcended norms and generations with his creativity and style, and continues to inspire the youth today even way beyond his death, and chances are you were thinking of Michael Jackson.

The one and only King of Pop is, in a manner of speaking, immortal.

Countless aspiring artists, dancers, schools, clubs, and so on continue to dance to his music, dress themselves in his style, and yes, imitate his indomitable style.

These ladies are no different. In fact, these girls are bad. “They’re dangerous.”

No other artist has had the influence and style of this man.

With so many awesome MJ songs to choose from and to dance to, the All That Dance Studio chose “Dangerous”. It has perhaps one of the coolest, most striking dance steps and that’s saying something when talking about Michael Jackson’s work. This group of eleven in their glittery red jackets have incredible taste and they exude that Michael Jackson coolness we all know and love.

Those faces don’t lie and their moves are a mixture of MJ’s steps and tap dance.

And that’s no easy feat. The choreography is stunning. Hardcore Michael fans will see his moves and this all female team execute them flawlessly. The mixing in of tap dancing is the cool part as MJ was known for his out of this world footwork and these girls used those steps with the added tapping to their advantage.

The similarities are striking and could pass as a homage to MJ.

The introduction is a near identical play of the original version. Screams and gunfire and people jumping around then laying down on the floor as a lone dancer steps to the snapping of fingers and the audible voice of Michael. And at the sound of “Divinity in motion”, all the dancers step to their feet and that trademark funky beat starts to play.

What’s also amazing is there’s that feminine taste added to the repertoire.

Michael did perform this dance with an all male group and they were dressed like gangsters. The moves and the theme of the performance were laden with testosterone. These girls changed all that (wink) without drastically altering a classic. That’s talent right there.

They are so light on their feet and yet the tapping is sharp and audible.

The movements are feminine with smooth twists and extensions. Told you they were dangerous!

It is fantastic to watch and the lyrics seem to be describing them.

“The way she moved
Her hair, her face, her lines
Divinity in motion”

And if that wasn’t enough, there’s more,

“As she stalked the room
I could feel the aura
Of her presence
Every head turned
Feeling passion and lust”
If you sing along while watching them dance, you get that feeling of astonishment and wonder.

The tap dancing moves nicely with the beat and they seem to move as one.

Listen in well and you can hear the audience cheer and scream all through out the routine. Do any MJ song and dance and already you’ll turn heads. But add in some originality and creativity without staining that MJ legacy and you’ve got yourselves a winner.
